Glenrothes RFC or "The Glens" is a rugby union club based in Glenrothes,  it was founded in 1965 

The Glens  play in red tops and red socks with black shorts 

Glenrothes RFC is a family club open to  boys and girls from p1  right throught to seniors of  all level and abilities .

The first XV currently competes in TENNENT'S MEN’S CALEDONIA MIDLANDS  LEAGUE DIVISION 2

The club also has Colts at U18s , U16s  , U14 and U13.

Glenrothes Girls teams  compete at U18, U16s, U14s and U12s and the  Mini section has boys and girls from p1 to p7.
