Glenrothes RFC or "The Glens" is a rugby union club based in Glenrothes,  and was founded in 1965.

The Glens play in red and black tops and red socks with black shorts.

Glenrothes RFC is a family club open to boys and girls from p1 right through to seniors of all levels and abilities.

The first XV currently competes in ARNOLD CLARK CALEDONIA MIDLANDS REGION LEAGUE DIVISION 2 (MEN'S)

The club also has Colts at U18s, U16s, U14s and U13s.

Glenrothes Girls teams compete at U18, U16s, U14s and U12s and the Mini section has boys and girls from p1 to p7.
